How do i return an item?

Delivery charges are charged at a flat rate of £2.99




Can i add to my order?


Unfortunately once your order has been placed it can not be changed.




How many items can i order?


There is no limit, you may order as many items as you wish.




Is my order guaranteed or could it be cancelled after i place my order?


There is a possiblility that an item maybe out of stock by the time your order has been processed. If this is the case you will be notified and a refund will be issused.




How long will my delivery take?


Standard delivery we aim to have your parcel delivered within 4 days. Please note at busy times this may be longer.




What does Ex high street & Ex chain store mean?


Ex-chain store means that the clothing was originally made for a major UK high street chain store who cancelled the order because the high street ordered to much stock or the order was delivered late.




Are original labels removed from Ex chain store clothing?


Store labels are removed, cut or blacked out in accordance to requirements of the chain stores. This is in order to protect the rights of the original high street chain store and to prevent unauthorised store-returns.




Are all your items of clothing Ex chain store?


No we also stock our own brand and many other brands. Where we have not listed the item as Ex chain store, they will be sold with labels and tags where applicable.
